Product Features:

· Design acc. to DIN EN 12334

· Double sided flange connection acc. to DIN EN 1092-2

· Face to face dimension acc. to DIN EN 558, Series 48 (F6)

· Metallic or resilient seated With interior shaft leading through the cover and with outside lever and weight

· Low wear and low resistance flap bearing

MATERIALS (BASIC VERSION) :

· Body, flap disc and cover made of ductile cast iron EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG-40)

· Shaft made of stainless steel 1.4021

· Seat in the body and on the flap in metallic sealing version made of brass or chromium steel

· Seat in the body made of brass or chromium steel and of EPDM or NBR on the flap disc in resilient seated version

· Bolts and nuts of stainless steel SS304

· Corrosion protection by means of fusion bonded epoxy powder coating RAL 5015 (average dry film thickness 250μm)
